FUT Champions or Rivals: what's the difference?
In FUT Champions, we play your weekend Finals to reach the rank you're aiming for, and you pay for that rank. In Division Rivals, we win your divisions one by one, and you pay for each climb between your current division and the one you're aiming for.
How long does it take?
For FUT Champions, one weekend: your Finals weekend, as soon as we have your access. For Rivals, it depends on how many divisions there are to win, and we start as soon as we have your access. With the Express option, your order goes ahead of the others.
Which current division should I pick?
The one shown in Division Rivals on FC27 when you order. After that, stop playing Rivals: if your division changes before we start, let us know.
Can I play during the order?
No. Don't log in to FC27 while we're playing: it would kick us off and waste everyone's time.
What happens to my login details?
They're encrypted as soon as they're sent and can only be read from our admin area. They're deleted automatically when the order is completed, cancelled or refunded.
I have two-factor authentication. What do I do?
Keep it on. The access form asks for 2 backup codes per account: PSN or Microsoft plus EA on console, EA only on PC. Get them ready before you order, from each account's security settings.
Is this allowed by EA?
Sharing your account goes against EA's terms of use. We play naturally, with no cheats or software, but zero risk doesn't exist: you order knowing that.
How do I track my order?
After payment, you get an email with a link to your tracking page: status, wins and matches played for a Finals, division reached for Rivals, and messages from us.
